Isaiah 40:3:
"Prepare the way for the LORD; make straight in the wilderness a highway for our God."
Preparing ourselves for the calling of our new rector, is not just a corporate, but also an individual responsibility.

1 Corinthians 13:
"Love is patient, Love is Kind..." We must carry this message in our hearts and minds as we interact with one another and prepare the way for our new rector.

| Trusting in God that we are on the right path in this process. |
The Vestry’s discernment meeting moved up to 2:00 pm this Sunday.
We are gathering for an hour of prayer Sunday morning at 9:15 in the Parish Hall, so that the parish can participate in asking God to lead us to the one who is the best fit for St. Patrick’s. This will also be a time to pray for a spirit of acceptance and patience on our part and for the new Rector as well. There can't be a better reason to ask the parish to come together.
Each person is a valid part of our community whose prayers are needed to bring us to an understanding of God’s purpose. We worship and pray for one reason; to be transformed into a conduit of God's love to all people.
